Professional providers & stakeholders are involved now and there is a plan in place to involve children, young people and families over the next few months.

If ECC decides to publish statutory notice in September 2019, statutory consultation will be carried out between 9 October 2019 and 30 November 2019.

Engagement with Parish/Town Councils on their interest in participating in the pilot has already taken place.
Engagement with PLT held on 12 November and planned for 17 December 2018.
This is a partnership project run by the West Essex and East Herts Digital Innovation Zone (DIZ). Project decisions are made/approved by the DIZ Executive Board, which has ECC representation.
