2.1.Agree to award capital funding to the seven providers listed in Appendix 2 of this
report to create 234 new early years and childcare wraparound places.
2.2. Agree to enter into funding agreements with the providers listed in Appendix 2
that set out the terms of the provision of such funding.

2.3. To agree an addition of £422,535 to the 2025/26 capital programme to be fully
funded by received Childcare Expansion Capital Grant
