Consultation took place between 27 May and 11 July 2021; a consultation report will be presented with the report. It should be noted that we are considering whether to proceed or not with the proposals for the “Quarters” concept to implement a Liveable Neighbourhood in Moulsham, Chelmsford; as this scheme has not achieved high levels of public support.

Bus operators, local businesses, bus user groups and other stakeholders will be engaged in the development of the plan although his will be limited for the first plan due to timescales. Consultation on key measures contained in the Plan will take place as part of the Enhanced Partnership approach.
