06:00 to 07:00 and 18:30 to 22:00 Monday to Friday for the life of the development following the 12 month trial period originally granted under planning permission ESS/20/17/BTE.

To consider Report DR/12/20, relating to the Extraction of 3.8 million tonnes of sand and gravel as an easterly extension to the existing Wivenhoe Quarry, erection of sand and gravel processing plant and ancillary facilities, new vehicular access onto the B1027 Brightlingsea Road, and restoration to agriculture and low-level water-based nature conservation habitats, lowland meadow, woodland planting and hedgerow enhancement using approximately 1.2 million cubic metres of imported inert waste material.
