We give advice and guidance to our elected councillors, council officers and members of the public about how scrutiny works at Essex County Council, what outcomes may be expected and how you can speak, be called as a witness or contribute.

This is our annual report, providing an overview of the work carried out over the course of year. It is presented each year at the Annual Council meeting, that usually takes place in May.
