To consider report DR/02/25 relating to the material change of use of the Land and existing buildings to a use for aggregate and waste recycling comprising the importation, deposit, treatment and storing of waste materials and the provision and use of various associated plant and machinery and storage containers and the siting of a mobile home for use as a canteen ancillary to that use. Together with the construction of one building and engineering works to create a hardstanding and bunding.
