Prevention and early intervention

To provide an overview of the current data, evidence, and prevention and early interventions implemented by Essex County Council's (ECC) Public Health team to support the emotional wellbeing needs of children and young people in Essex.
Chris Martin, Commissioning Director, Children's Services
To share with the board a recent audit undertaken by Essex County Council Children's Services of 12 young people, recently receiving support via an admission into Tier 4 inpatient mental health support and who subsequently required local authority care.
