Review of The Essex Flood Strategy
To discuss the need for an update given that the current flood strategy was updated in 2018, with the publishing of new data and other recent new developments.

Multi Agency Groups (MAG) update
To receive an update from Gavin Elliott, Anglian Water (who sits on the MAG Steering Group). MAG groups led by Anglian Water were set up across East Anglian following Storm Babet in Oct 2023, including three villages in Essex (Boxted, Great Horkesley and Frating).

Capital Programme update and introduction of new Capital Programme Manager
To receive an update on the success of the capital team for the last 6 months and changes in management.
