The overall strategic direction, policies and priorities of the Cabinet and of the Council, including the overall corporate revenue and capital budget strategy and the performance management of the Authority;
Transformation Strategy;

Community Leadership, Community Strategy and Essex Partnership;
Strategic Public Health;
Equalities and Diversity;
Customer Services (including registration services)
Community Budgets;
Liaison with MPs;
