Details

2.1 Agree that the contract with a successful supplier for Travel Planning and Digital Demand Responsive Transport (DDRT) platform to replace the current TravelEssex app will be a rolling contract with a minimum term of 4 years with the option to terminate the contract on a 2-year notice period thereafter. The earliest the 2-year notice period can be implemented is after the first 2 years (year 3), and any future from, which would end the contract after the initial 4 year. The proposed minimum four-year term will include an up to twelve-month Build Period before the commencement of the new Travel Essex App.
