Details
Agree to issue an order to MITIE for the remediation work as outlined in Section 3 of the report.
Agree that the Director of Public Health may make a payment of up to £20,000 in consideration of a resident relinquishing their current licence to occupy and permanently move pitches so the full extent of works can be undertaken subject to being satisfied that the resident on the site who is required to move pitches has entered a legally binding commitment to relinquish their licence and move pitches.
Agree to the draw down of £1,148,147 from the Health and Safety reserve to part fund the total project costs of £1,553,444. The remaining £405,297 will be funded from existing revenue budget.
