Details
2.1.
Agree to increase the value of the Reablement at Home SLA with ECL by £614,000 for the period between 1 November 2024 and 31 March 2026. This brings the annual value of the agreement to £20.23m.
2.2.
Agree that the cost of this variation will be funded through the Discharge Fund in the 2024/25 financial year, and within the overall Better Care Fund (BCF) pooled budget for the 2025/26 financial year.
2.3.
Agree to use the number of people successfully completing reablement as the core contract unit, replacing ‘hours’ and switching off the approach of paying a ‘marginal rate’ for delivery in excess of contract block hours.
2.4.
Agree to set the objective for number of people successfully completing reablement at 108 per week from 1 November 2024.
