Details

ECC have been asked to support the Department of Health and Social Care and Public Health England in the implementation of a COVID-19 Track and Trace service and outbreak control measures. Measures are expected to be in place by 29 June 2020.

If we wait for 28 days then we will not be able to offer the support to the national test and trace scheme and implement outbreak control measures to limit the spread of COVID-19 cases in Essex and Southend as lockdown is eased.
