Stakeholder Involvement
The ADP is developed primarily by the Essex Housing team and ECC Finance but incorporates input and feedback from ECC officers across the organisation. The document is produced for the Essex Housing LLP (EHLLP) and the EHLLP Board consider and approve the ADP before it is recommended to ECC. Each scheme is subject to its own public consultation and engagement process.

Details
Each year, Essex Housing are required to produce an Annual Delivery Plan (ADP) to set out the development programme for the LLP over the upcoming year. The ADP provides visibility of the Essex Housing land pipeline and provides confidence to ECC both as Member and lender that the loans provided for work will be re-paid.
This decision seeks approval of the proposed ADP for 2024/25.
