The Army and Navy Sustainable Transport Package Taskforce will be engaged on this decision via a written update. The Taskforce is made up of ECC and CCC Members, MP for Chelmsford and Parish Council representation. The elements within the overall package were agreed at the last Taskforce. The decision to approve the submission of the OBC now sits with ECC Cabinet.
