To consider report DR/01/26 relating to continuation of waste handling without compliance with Condition 2 (F) (iii) (Approved Details – Transport Statement) and 15 (Waste Types) of Planning permission ESS/09/24/COL that was for an increase in HGV movements and waste throughput to now allow for inclusion of the word "municipal" waste as a waste type together with a revised road access junction design.

To consider report DR/02/26 relating to continuation of development without compliance with condition 8 (hours of working) of planning permission ESS/05/25/CHL to allow unrestricted working hours. ESS/05/25/CHL is an amended planning permission for "Use of a coated roadstone plant and associated facilities for the manufacture of coated roadstone products using predominantly sand and gravel and recycled aggregates produced at the existing quarry”.
