Details
To agree for ECC to manage a devolved Department for Work and Pensions funded supported employment scheme to help "hidden unemployed"/ "economically inactive" people aged 16 and over into work.
The decision will cover acceptance of the funding, management of the scheme, accountability to the funder, mechanisms for paying and managing suppliers, and in-house delivery e.g. employer engagement and community building.
