Details

2.1 Agree to vary the contract with Daisy Corporate Service Trading Limited (Daisy) for provision of telephony and contact centre services to do the following:

2.1.1 Consolidate voice services onto a single platform.

2.1.2 Introduce call bundling for secure calls in the short term to cap costs whilst voice services are consolidated onto a single platform.

2.1.3 Introduce call bundling for national calls, local calls, and calls to mobiles for the remainder of the contract.
