Agree to drawdown £300,000 from the Early Intervention and Prevention Holding Account Reserve for the purposes of part funding the development of a SHiFT practice in Essex in partnership with SHiFT UK (a registered charity), covering Colchester and Tendring. Funding will be drawn down across four financial years subject to a review of success after the first eighteen months of delivery:
