2.1 Agree to adopt the length of footpath between Laburnum Way and Public Footpath 18 (Hatfield Peverel) pursuant to Section 228 Highways Act 1980 as set out in Appendix A, on completion of remedial works by Hatfield Peverel Parish Council.
