Details

Agree to delay the start date of the new IPES framework from 1 January 2025 to 30 April 2025.

Agree to spot purchase IPES services until the new IPES framework is in place.

Agree that the Director, Education is authorised to award the individual spot contracts to providers.

Agree to amend the award process in the new IPES Framework as set out in paragraph 3.8 of this report.
