Details

To seek Cabinet approval for the procurement of the contract for the Floating Support Service.

The service provides a broad range of short- and medium-term interventions to prevent homelessness and address other housing related needs.

The existing contract comes to an end on 31 March 2026 and cannot be extended. This report seeks approval to re-tender the contract for the Floating Support Service, for a five - year period (with a break clause at 3 years).

The proposed contract would be for a total cost of up to £17.5 million over the five year period.
