To agree to draw down £2.310m, from the Transformation Reserve to fund the implementation of phased workplace improvements to the retained workspaces at Goodman House, Ely House and Magnet House as follows: 2024/25 - £124,000, in 2025/26 - £2.065m and 2026/27 - £121,000.

To note that a decision will be taken on investment of funds following completion of viability work.
