2.1
Agree that the recommendations provided in the Cabinet Member Decision to vary the contract with Medequip Assistive Technology Limited (‘Medequip’) for the community equipment services as below are implemented, based on all partner commissioning bodies having agreed to the same changes:
(a)
to increase the prices for services as set out in the Confidential Appendix 1 to the CMA.
(b)
to increase the scope and price of the Planned Preventative Maintenance included in the contract as set out in the Confidential Appendix to the CMA.
(c)
to increase prices in year 2 in accordance with the indexation provision in the contract.
(d)
make a one-off payment of the sum in the confidential appendix to the CMA for year 1 of the contract.
