Recommendations
Cabinet Member for Highways, Infrastructure and Sustainable Transport:
2.1
Agree to vary the Cabinet decision and instruct officers to go out to tender before 23 February 2025 using the open procurement process for a single supplier for a contract for the provision of a Highways and Infrastructure Planning Solution, to replace the current database.
2.2
Agree that the contract should be for an initial period of five years followed by a rolling contract. The proposed initial five-year term will include an up to twelve-month Implementation Period.
