2.1 To agree that the £1.25m refinancing gain is distributed direct to Columbus School and College, Castle View School and Cornelius Vermuyden School instead of being reimbursed to the Dedicated Schools Grant (DSG) via a credit to the PFI control account as previously recommended in the Executive Director Decision in May 2024.
