Details

The decision is a proposal to submit an interim plan to the Secretary of State. This would not be a formal proposal for reorganisation to be submitted by ECC but it would be an interim document setting out progress to date.
It is not practicable to place this decision on the forward plan and wait for the expiry of 28 days’ notice because we need to respond by 21 March.
