2.1
Agree the proposed Fees and Charges for 2025/26 for Essex Outdoors, found at Appendix B and Appendix C (Confidential), for all bookings made after 1 April 2025 and thereafter until a further decision is made.
Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Where products relate to providing an education service (e.g. to schools), prices are assumed to be exempt from VAT as education providers account for 95% of the customer base. However, VAT would need to be added if this service was provided to non-education customers e.g. for corporate events.
