Details

2.1 Agree to the disposal of the freehold of Rainham Lodge Farm as shown outlined in the red site plan at Appendix 1.

2.2 Agree that the Director for Property, Investment and Delivery, in consultation with the Council’s legal advisers, is authorised to enter into such agreements as may be required to enable completion of the transaction to Taylor Wimpey which shall be on substantially the terms set out in the Confidential Appendix.
