2.1 Approve the increase to the fee rates in line with providers’ rates for Home Care and Night Waking as set out in Appendix 1, to take effect from 7 April 2025.

2.2 Agree to retain the existing fee rates in line with providers’ rates for Supported Living as set out in Appendix 1, to take effect from 7 April 2025.

2.3 Agree to retain the existing fee rates for Night Sleeping and 24-Hour Care rates for both Supported Living and Home Care as set out in Appendix 1. 

2.4 Approve the increase to the fee rates in line with the inflationary value for the cost of day care as set out in Appendix 1, to take effect from 7 April 2025.

2.5 Approve the increase to the fee rates in line with the uplift to the hosts for Shared Lives as set out in Appendix 1, to take effect from 7 April 2025.

2.6 Approve the increase to the maximum cap to be applied to non-residential care in line with the increase to the State Pension Benefit rates as set out in Appendix 1, to take effect from 7 April 2025.

2.7 Approve the increase to the fee rate charged to other local authorities that place service users within the Council’s Learning Disabilities residential homes in line with the cost of delivery of those services, as set out in Appendix 1, to take effect from 7 April 2025.
