2.1. Agree to award IRN Framework Agreements to all the care home providers listed in Appendix One for the provision of Integrated Residential and Nursing services for Lots One and/or Two.
2.2. Agree to implement the new Preferred Supplier Ranked List (PSRL) in accordance with the published process and criteria set out in the IRN Framework Agreement.
