Details
2.1. Agree the provision of new permanent accommodation at Hazelmere Infant School to support the needs of the local community and pupils with SEND.
2.2. Agree the capital budget for construction and associated project fees as profiled in the confidential appendix.
2.3. Agree to procure a contractor to design and build the new accommodation at Hazelmere Infant School at a cost set out in the Confidential Appendix by calling off from the Crown Commercial Service Framework RM6184 (CCS Framework).
2.4. Agree to delegate to Director, Property and Investment and Delivery to award a contract following completion of a mini competition subject to the winning bid being within the value set out in the Confidential Appendix.
