2 Recommendations
2.1 To agree to deliver Chelmsford 3a Pump Lane section, costing £609,498.
2.2 To agree to deliver Harlow 4, sections 1,7 and 8 Park Lane Junction, Howard Way Northern Arm, Momples Road Junction, costing £818,664.
2.3 To note that if alternative funding sources for Harlow A414 to London Rd roundabout and Chelmsford Lawn Lane will be explored a further decision will be brought forward if necessary.
