Details

2.1. Agree the re commencement of the tender process under the Procurement Act 2023 rather than the Public Contract Regulations 2015.

2.2. Agree to increase the annual value of the contract from £1.4m as per the original Cabinet Member Action to £1.6m with the additional budget of £228,000 being funded by the three ICBs.

2.3. Agree that pricing submissions from bidders shall be capped at £4.8m for a period of three years (of which £540,000 will be funded by ECC (by Public Health Grant). Any bids received in excess of this value shall be disqualified.
