Details
Refurbishment Works at St. Leonard’s CofE Primary School, Southminster: To approve the total project budget cost of the scheme, and for the works to be self-delivered by the school, and also for the placing of the project contract, subject to the Funding Agreement being signed by all parties.
There is a requirement to provide a further 15 pupil places at the school for a 7-year bulge period from September 2025. ?This can be provided utilising existing space and accommodation with some internal remodelling and refurbishment.
