Details
Agree that the Council should enter into a new four year agreement with Basildon Borough Council to suspend the part night lighting policy.
2. Recommendations
2.1 Agree to enter into an agreement with Basildon Borough Council until 31 March 2029 to suspend the part night lighting policy, with an expected operational start during Autumn 2025.
2.2 Note that the additional cost for reintroducing full night lighting will be fully funded by Basildon Borough Council.
