Details
To approve the use of the Essex Construction Framework 3 (Lot 3) via a 2-stage tender process to procure a contractor for the construction of the Clacton Hub project that is part of the wider Clacton Civic Quarter programme part-funded by the Government's Levelling Up Fund (£3.1m), which ECC is receiving from Tendring District Council as the accountable body in accordance with the terms of the funding agreement approved in January 2024. Additionally, to delegate authority to the Executive Director for People, 
Policy, Economy & Public Health for the awarding at the initial PCSA (Pre-construction services agreement)/design stage and for awarding the contract on the basis that the successful tender is in line with the expected budget for the delivery of this project.
