2.1. Agree to the drawdown of £670,000 from the Ambition Reserve to the Revenue Portfolio for Arts, Heritage and Culture profiled as follows:
£180,000 in 2025/2026:
• The Creative Industries Project Development Fund - £90,000
• The Cultural Development Project Fund - £90,000
£490,000 in 2026/27:
• The Creative Industries Project Development Fund - £110,000
• The Cultural Development Project Fund - £110,000
• Temporary internal staff resources and other sundries for the continuation of the Essex Film Office - £270,000
