2 Recommendations
2.1 Approve a temporary increase in delegation for Transport Officers from £1,000 to £10,000 between September and December 2025.
2.2 Note that this change supports the implementation of a new approvals process and will be superseded by the appointment of an Approvals Manager from January 2026.
2.3 Agree that a spot-check assurance process will be implemented to review decisions made under the temporary delegation.
