Agree for the Council to undertake an open, single-stage, competitive tender process to appoint a Registered Provider for the development, ownership and management of an extra care scheme at Rocheway, Rochford, including the transfer of the Freehold by the Council and entering into legal agreements.

The report is a result of joint work with legal, procurement and ASC. The Public were consulted as part of the planning application statutory consultation process before approval was secured to build the scheme.
