2 Recommendations

2.1 Agree to drawdown £229,000 from the Transformation Reserve in financial years 25/26 and 26/27, to enable the service to deliver its statutory requirements for Local Plan support as follows:
• £175,000 in 25/26 and
• £54,000 in 26/27.

2.2 Agree to drawdown £40,000 in 25/26 and £55,000 in 26/27 from the Transformation Reserve for the purposes of collecting data and analysing data trends from non-motorised modes of travel including walking, cycling and scooters.
