2.1 Agree to the disposal of the freehold of Rainham Lodge Farm as shown outlined in red in the site plan at Appendix 1.

2.2 Agree that the Director for Property, Investment and Delivery, in consultation with the Council’s legal advisers, is authorised to enter into such agreements as may be required to enable completion of the transaction which shall be on substantially the terms set out in the Confidential Appendix.
