2 Recommendations
Cabinet Member for Highways, Infrastructure and Sustainable Transport
2.1 Agree to award a contract for the provision of Software as a Service to DEF Software Limited, on a rolling contract basis for an initial period of 5 years, commencing on 1 October 2025, at a total value of £384,000.
2.2 To note that the Council will need to give two years’ notice to terminate the contract either at the end of year 3 or at any point during the rolling term following the expiry of the initial 5 years.

2.3 Agree to the reprofiling of the approved drawdown from the reserve funding allocations as set out in paragraph 6.2.3 of this report.
