To seek agreement to extend the contract with Matrix SCM for a period of 1 year for the provision Temporary Worker Payroll Services in line with Cabinet approval granted on 16th February 2021 (FP/860/11/20). • Further to extend the current Temporary and Permanent Worker Supply Chain Dynamic Purchasing System (“DPS”) arrangement for the same period. Matrix SCM provide payroll services for ECC temporary and interim staff, and process weekly timesheets + act as an invoicing service for any associated recruitment agencies. The DPS is ECC’s supply chain of recruitment agencies that we utilise should we not be able to fill a requirement directly.
