2 Recommendations

2.1 To agree to draw down £851,000 from the Transformation Reserve to fund the rationalisation of space within County Hall E Block, deliver improvements to the retained workspaces on floors E1 and E2, and create event conference space on E4. This will drive better value for money of our estate and is estimated to deliver annual savings of £160,000 and payback the investment over five years.
