Engagement with Parish/Town Councils on their interest in participating in the pilot has already taken place.
Engagement with PLT held on 12 November and planned for 17 December 2018.
This is a partnership project run by the West Essex and East Herts Digital Innovation Zone (DIZ). Project decisions are made/approved by the DIZ Executive Board, which has ECC representation.
Details of Decision: In line with Cabinet Paper FP/359/02/19, this report asks the Cabinet Member to authorise the publication of a final concessionary fares scheme for the financial year 2020/21 following discussions with Essex bus operators.
Consultation: Bus operators are the statutory and only consultees.
Appropriate stakeholder engagement to be carried out as part of the governance process.
