ONE WAY SYSTEM AND SPEED HUMPS IN NORTHBROOKS
following the escalation of build up of traffic that is happening in Northbrook's and only getting worse, I am putting forward a Petition to urge Harlow council and Essex Highways to enforce a one way system and speed humps.  Cars are regularly damaged when other road users use the road as a cut through and have no consideration for the residents cars, often 2 cars will have a stand off and then proceed to squeeze past each other within inches of our cars!!! Its time for change.  Northbrook's is a built up family area with many children, and its simply not safe when cars travel at speed down the road so the need for speed humps is vital.  what will it take for change to happen a fatality? further damage to our property, at our cost.  Please sign this petition and lets fight for this cause together.

Thank you for raising a petition regarding road safety.

Your petition has now closed and received 2 signatures.  Unfortunately, this  does not reach the threshold set out in the Council's Petitions Procedure at which action will be taken and I therefore regret that you will receive no further response in relation to this issue.

You may wish to contact your local Councillor about how they may be able ti implement road safety measures via the Local Highways Panel.
