Questions from the Public
At the start of every meeting there shall be a period of up to 15 minutes to enable members of the public to make representations or ask questions on a substantive item of business on the agenda; this does not include the minutes of the previous meeting. Members of the public wishing to ask questions or make representations must submit their question or representation in writing no later than 12 noon two working days before the meeting (for this meeting this is Tuesday 24th March).
